It seems that Anandtech got thier grubby little disassembling digits on an XBoX 360 and want to show you whats inside.

Check that heat sink out: Heat Sink

Also, there seems to be a change to the game that will be coming along with the Every 10 Minutes winners prize boxes.  Apparently, the EA games that were supposed to be issued with the prize system are delayed.  The rumor is that it will come with a copy of Kameo inside and they will ship out the EA game you selected upon registration later on.  Wooo!  Two games!

So the latest news in the world of the 360.

First, Joystiq.com reports that there is a possibility that it will be available at Circuit City 3 days before other places. More likely someone at CC screwed up, because Microsoft is usually pretty tight about simultaneous releases and making it fair.

Also, there is a list of Bestbuy Unit Allocations . The local store for us in Consumer Square is store #581. According to this list then, there will be a total of 72 units available for purchase on the 22nd, 54 pro and 18 core. Who can we hire to sit overnight for us peons who didn't win one?

Lastly, backwards compatibility with the regular Xbox is dicussed with Todd Holmdahl., the Corporate Vice President of the Xbox Product Group. A list of the initial compatible games can be found here .
